PawPawPaw LLC is a fast growing pet service company based in the Greater Boston area, serving a community of 150+ loyal clients. We are dedicated to providing thoughtful, reliable, and personalized care for dogs and their families.

We are currently looking for a part-time Graphic Design Intern to support our upcoming merchandise and creative projects. This is a project-based role, where you will work on real design outputs including patches, apparel graphics, and visual assets.

Start date: As soon as possible

Location: Remote (U.S. preferred) / Boston-based applicants welcome

Schedule:

• Approximately 20 hours per week

• Flexible working hours

• Weekly check-ins with the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphic assets for merchandise, including patches, apparel graphics, and related visual elements

• Create original illustrations, patterns, and badge-style designs inspired by different themes and concepts

• Prepare clean, production-ready design files for manufacturing (vector files, print/embroidery specs)

• Iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure high visual quality

• Assist with visual research, including references, trends, and competitor products

Who We’re Looking For:

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have a strong interest in graphic design, illustration, and merchandise (apparel, patches, badges, etc.)

• Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator) and/or Figma

• Have solid illustration skills and can create clean, original graphic assets

• Understand basic production requirements (vector files, print formats, scalability)

• Have a strong eye for composition, detail, and visual consistency

• Are organized, proactive, and able to work independently

• (Bonus) Love dogs — it definitely helps

No prior professional experience is required. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build real-world project experience.

Compensation:

• This is an unpaid, part-time position
